New Lighting Transforms The Retail Experience at West London Shopping Centre

Built in the mid eighties, Ealing Broadway Shopping Centre had become tired looking and was in need of a major refurbishment. British Land acquired the site in 2013, and after a period of consultation and planning, embarked upon a £12m upgrade of the centre, aimed at attracting premium tenants and increasing footfall. read more

New Key Account Manager

Architainment are pleased to announce that Gitte Kondrup has joined the team as a Key Account Manager from Monday 21st November 2016. Gitte has more than 20 years experience in Specification Sales in the UK interiors industry, originally in commercial furniture and more recently in architectural lighting. read more

Dynamic Feature Wall at Ipswich Shopping Centre

After a £4m refurbishment, Sailmakers Shopping Centre in Ipswich has opened with a new look linked to the nautical heritage of the area, and a host of new retail partners.

In addition to specifying clean, simple and energy efficient lighting across the centre, lighting design consultancy Nulty+ have used a dynamic feature wall to create an element of drama next to the main escalator.read more

Architainment Sponsors LewesLight 2016 Conference

LewesLight returned in October, and in addition to supporting lighting designers with their installations, Architainment sponsored the inaugural conference.
